Formed in 2002 and affiliated with the Ames Chamber of Commerce, YPA exists to connect young professionals with each other, the business community, and the city in which we live, work and play.

Lead the Way with YPA: According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, by 2012, two employees will be eligible for retirement for every one person entering the workforce.
